Dave Wakefield, Esq

David C. Wakefield, Esq., obtained his J.D. from the University of San Diego, School of Law. 

Mr. Wakefield specializes in the areas of disability rights and civil rights, as well as appellate law, class action litigation, 

intellectual property, and business law. 

Mr. Wakefield was admitted to the California State Bar in 1996 and admitted to the United States Patent Bar

as a Patent Attorney in 1997. 

Mr. Wakefield has distinguished himself as an appellate attorney, recently winning an appeal before the Ninth Circuit Court 

of Appeals that has rewritten the federal law concerning class action litigation.
